Your orders can be placed quickly and easily via our website. Just add the products you want to your cart and go to the checkout.
Immediately upon placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation.
If, for whatever reason, you haven’t received an email confirmation, check your spam folder and add info@ogochu.com to your safe sender list. If you still can’t find it, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@ogochu.com
We ship worldwide from Sweden.
Most orders are shipped from us within 1-2 business days of purchase.
Delivery time may vary depending on destination and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as shipping service interruptions.
Right now, we do not offer express delivery for international shipping. However, you can contact us for special requests which we will do our best to help with.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Ogochu. Once you have received your item, please inspect it to make sure it was delivered in perfect condition. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Just contact support with pictures for inspection.
However, if a product arrives in perfect condition, a refund is NOT possible.
We currently accept Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. Our card payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Your orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs after order confirmation. Just email support@ogochu.com and the order will be cancelled and payment refunded.
Shipping is completely free for smaller items. However, additional charges will be incurred with larger items or if you want to use a shipping method that we do not offer.
Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Ogochu is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a PostNord tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate. Once the package leaves us, the tracking links may not update immediately but the package is still on its way.
Due to the customized nature of several items, we do not currently accept returns. However, on standardized items, a refund is possible.
